Position Indication Travel Standard
1). VD/VDE38454NAMUR.
2). The electromagnetic brake interface complies with the NAMUR standard.
3). The mounting connection complies with the ISO5211/DIN3337 standard.
4). The output torque is linearly proportional to the full range of the valve torque. The output power utilization rate is nearly 100% for the angular stroke valve.
5). The opening and closing speed are operated in the"slow-fast-slow" mode. The first stage is turned on, the end is turned off, and the buffer is automatically buffered. If necessary, the buffer speed can be adjusted steplessly.
6). It can meet the requirements of the valve"quick opening-fast closing" and "quick oping-slow closing" and other special working conditions.
7). The fitting sealing valve can quickly pass the"speed flow" port to reduce the erosion of the ball or butterfly port with granular media to make up for the shortage of the valve.

11). With regulating valve type valve, the inertia"pre-shoot" is small, the positioning accuracy is high, and the working condition after" reservation" must be self-locking after mediation, thus protecting the valve and the positioner.
12). Note: The actuator output should occupy the stem coaxially.
13). The connection between the actuator and the valve must not be loose and the positioning pin should be used if necessary.
14). The solenoid valve should be opened to the automatic position to ensure that the air circuit is unobstructed and the air supply must be 0.3-0.8Mpa.
